A Data Governance, Product Management and Technology professional with 25+ years of experience across enterprise technology, data management, privacy and cloud transformation. He has worked with organisations including HP, GE, Tata Motors, iGATE and Informatica. During his 12 years at Informatica, he worked extensively across Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata, Privacy, Data Masking, Archiving and Cloud Data Management, while also driving partner and product initiatives. He is now the Founder of Data Niyam, focused on making India's DPDP compliance, Data Governance and AI Governance practical and operational.
Nataraj V Angadi
CA Nataraj V Angadi is a Chartered Accountant with 30+ years of experience in Chartered Accountancy, taxation, audit, corporate compliance, and financial advisory. He brings deep expertise in regulatory governance and business consulting, helping organisations navigate complex compliance requirements — including a 4-year tenure as Director of KSFC (Karnataka State Financial Corporation). At Data Niyam, he leads strategic compliance initiatives and strengthens the company's mission to simplify data privacy and regulatory compliance for businesses.
Rajkumar Jayanth
CA Rajkumar Jayanth, FCA, DISA, is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in audit, taxation, GST, international taxation, banking and compliance. As a senior professional at Raj Babu & Associates, he has worked across corporates, banks, trusts and NGOs, with expertise spanning statutory, internal and concurrent audits, tax advisory and technology-enabled professional services. At Data Niyam, he brings a strong practitioner perspective on audit, assurance, risk, compliance and governance, contributing to the development of practical and credible data governance and regulatory compliance solutions.
Girish D. S.
Girish D. S. is an Advocate with over 20 years of professional experience, having been in legal practice since 2003. He practices in Bengaluru under the name 'Lex-tributa' and has extensive experience in civil and criminal law, with appearances before the High Court, District Courts and Trial Courts. His experience across diverse legal matters and judicial forums brings a strong legal, regulatory and risk perspective to the Board of Data Niyam. He contributes to the organisation's focus on responsible data governance, compliance, accountability and sound institutional practices.
